Want to be an author and create real posts?

If you'd like to be an author please email me at aaron@letstruck.com - Yeah that's right. I gave an email address and I'm sure you all know who I am. The fact of the matter is is that I couldn't care less. My name is Aaron Yount and I'm proud of all the people still working in that place.

When I set you up as an author it's completely secure and no one will ever find out who you are unless you spill the beans by bragging about it at work or by using personal, unique experiences that can be tied back to you.

  1. First let me say I don't hate my job. In fact I enjoy the people I work with and the work I perform. FRUSTRATION though is running rampant. Mistakes are bad for a company we all know this, and I believe most are trying their best to avoid them. Now though with the new incentive plan it will be much easier to avoid mistakes. If you make one mistake on a certain company's order, you may be fired. While it may be just a way to wake people up to how serious they are about getting things right. Sure doesn't do much for the morale of a company. Kind of makes me feel all warm and fuzzy though, how about you?

  2. Oh yeah, I feel GREAT just knowing that ol' man Irv is sittin' up there in his hermit cave, jacking off to our pictures, waiting to see which one of us 'll get creamed next! Let's face it folks, the guy is up to his eyeballs with stress...stress HE made, because early on, he chose not to listen to his employees! He chose not to listen to his Supervisors! He chose not to listen to his Directors! But worst of all, he chose not to listen to the customers! The only thing this hoser listens to is the silly voice in his head that goes "eh", and the sound his farts make as they slap off the fat wallet he's got squished into his back pocket! So yeah, how else is he going to release the stress folks? He quit smoking, so he can't do that anymore! Hey Irv, see you at work tomorrow dickweed! Try not to smile too much, I know it's painful for you.

  3. Hey, this site is pretty sweet! Thanks Aaron! Artco has definitely changed since you were here...unfortunately, not for the better. Like the post says above, the new incentives in place are real confidence builders. They really make me feel capable and in control. Ha! Truthfully though, it makes me feel unappreciated and expendable. Any respect I had for upper management is gone now. I'm starting to wonder if this place is nearing the end...crumbling from the top down. Management has lost respect for the employees, and the employees have lost respect for the company. As of right now, winter is 12 months long at Artco. It's going to be a long road before people feel good about their job again.
